Dale

        1. Hi Dale,

At the current stage in your education, high school level vocational programs are probably your best bet.

If you are involved with the Boy Scouts, you can earn a welding merit badge.

Health benefits are usually determined by your employer.

          Hope this helps,
          Carlos
