The American Welding Society provides individuals many opportunities to volunteer their time and expertise. AWS produces forums that people can share ideas and learn new information. In 2014, AWS will host education conferences on the topics of energy, pipeline, stainless steel, weld cracking, aluminum, heat treatment, and additive manufacturing.
