Has Your Progress Has Been Reset/Lost?
On occasion, we update courses to improve the user experience. If you find that your progress has been reset, please feel free to ignore the notice. This is simply the system’s way of keeping track of the update but it does not affect your seminar in any way.
Are You Missing A Certificate?
If you have not received a certificate for a course, please contact us at awo@aws.org and let us know. We will get a replacement certificate out to you right away.
Do You Need An Extension?
If you require an extension to any of our online seminars, please contact us at awo@aws.org and let us know. Please include the reason you require an extension in your message. We will confirm via email once an extension has been granted.
Are You Having Problems Accessing Your Seminar?

If you are having problems accessing your seminars, we have found that oftentimes, the issue is the internet speed is too slow, the internet browser is outdated, the browser security is set too high, and/or the Flash player is outdated.

  • Please make sure you are using a strong connection. For example, an air card or dial up like connections are usually too slow.
  • Please make sure that you have the latest version of your browser of choice. We recommend Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome/‎).
  • Please make sure that your browser security settings are set no higher than Medium.
  • You should also make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed.
  • You should reboot your computer after making any changes.

If after taking these steps, you are still having issues connecting, please contact us during during normal business hours.
